downloaded and installed new version - 2.1.0. The same chm-file which displayed correctly in 2.0.5 now in 2.1.0 has broken - instead of Russian letters I can see only squares:

I've tried on two difference machine (but there's IIS7 on both) I've checked axd-handler - it's enabled. I just replace old bits with the new ones without recreating site/app. So there're correct for sure. It seems something wrong is happenning with StaticFile.axd during index rebuilding.

I've found what's wrong. I was using Classic managed pipeline mode in IIS7. After switching to Integrated everything is fine. Encoding is fixed. Thanks.
