you have announced a Synchronization feature as a replacement for the offline layer. Is it synchronization between different locations like SQL replications?

I'm working on a replacement for SQL replication on my own, and it is a key feature to my next DO 4.0 project. I'm targeting following features:

• occasional peer to peer synchronization ( like Microsoft Sync framework )

• synchronization between different versions of object bases

• synchronization of a restored backup to the current stage

• backup/restore to/from XML

This framework should support at least following scenarios:

• upgrade of one replica without need to upgrade other replicas

• upgrade of a local object base without interrupting the operation

• restore backup on replica and get into sync again

If your Sync is a solution to this scenarios, please inform me, if not are you interested in contribution?
