Let's say I query some entities, and would like to display it in a GridView. This is the only thing I know how to do. I also would like to edit in the grid, and remove, create entities from the grid. How to do this? The LINQ I issued may result in a lot of rows. How to solve this problem efficiently with the paging integrated into the GridView?

I think this is something like a real life scenario. So please help. The best would be to create such a sample.
