Is built-in Access Control System ready or only planned?

Even in the documents of DO3.9, http://www.x-tensive.com/Products/DO39/ ... efits.aspx , it is mentioned "Utilize built-in Access Control System" and "N-tier", but I couldn't find any evidence in the manual and reference, which were bundled with the latest version(4.3.1) of DO, which was downloaded today.

Is it really ready?

BTW, there are a lot of confusions in documents, some for DO3.9, some for DO4.2. And a lot of mentioned exciting features could not be found.

Built-in access control system is only planned.

"N-tier" support refers to DisconnectedState. It is briefly described in Manual, but you should definitely search for "DisconnectedState" in this forum to get more complete info. "WCF Sample" utilizes it in N-tier scenario.
