Is Help Server still supported?

I've sent a pre-sales question to support@x-tensive.com at 2011-11-09 and to sales@x-tensive.com at 2011-11-11. So far I've not received any reply (today it's 13 days since my first email). (I'm posting the same question to this forum too).

The most recent question in this forum with a HelpServer tag seems to be older than one year. Is it just that my email got eaten by a spam filter? Is the HelpServer still maintained and supported?

0	Hello Martin, Thanks for being persistent. You are definitely right, the e-mail was caught by junk e-mail filter and moved to SPAM. Sorry for that. The answer is yes, Help Server is supported and maintained. answered Nov 22 '11 at 13:47 Dmitri Maximov 2211●1●2●11
