error updaring profile on support site

Hi - I just tried to update my profile at support.x-tensive.com/users/xxx/edit and recevied the following error:

500 Server Error sorry, system error

system error log is recorded, error will be fixed as soon as possible please report the error to the site administrators if you wish •back to previous page •see latest questions •see tags
