Wrong renametypehints during performsafely upgrade

I've sent you an example console app with this bug. To reproduce the bug you should first run with Recreate mode, and then with PerformSafely mode

The bug is caused by Recycled types wich are not accounted during Recreate. any news on the fix and the sample I've sent to you?
