we are migrating from version 4.6.0 to 5.0.13. Currently building our project fails because the Xtensive.Orm.DisconnectedState class does not exist in v5.0.13. We use DisconnectedState to record modifications to entities on the client side. When the user clicks save, the DisconnectedState.Operations property is serialized and sent via a web service to the server. The server replays the operations (OperationLog.Replay) to persist the changes in the database.

So my question is: how can we do this with v5.0 or is this no longer possible?

One Answer:

Hello Hauke Wittern,

Unfortunately, there is no something similar in v5.0, so you can't do the same using some built-in mechanism.
